As at Monday September 12, 2009 Game Gear have redeveloped its strategy in the market to trade exclusively with ABN holders. That is Game Gear are to now only trade with Schools, Associations and Companies that are an active trading entity themselves.
A decision made by senior management, and although this excludes selling direct to local teams and groups, Game Gear believe this will allow more time to service our clients, as well quicken turn around times, and allow a focus more towards high end sponsorships and licensing across Australia.
Game Gear enters its busiest period of trading and look forward a another successful financial year in 2009/10.
The following is a brief overview of our Terms and Conditions of sale and Payment terms and conditions:
- Payment Options: Credit card, bank transfer, cheque, eftpos or cash.
o Credit Card: 3% surcharge
o Direct Deposit: must submit remittance
o Cheque: Bounced cheques will incure a $20 administration fee
o Play now, Pay later: 20% deposit required, with 10% payments each month for 10 months
- Any order under $3000 must be paid in full
- 5% discount for orders paid in full over $5000
- Remaining payment due 7 days after client has received orders: 6% late fee applies
- Receipt for transaction to be submitted immediately after payment
- Special requests for payments can be negotiated prior to ordering.
- Domestic postage fee
o $40 for 20-30 items
o $1 per item greater then 30
- Any absolute claim of faulty goods need to be returned within 30 days, with notification to Game Gear.
- Lead times
o Approx 3-4 weeks cut and sew
o Approx 4-6 weeks Sublimation
- Any cancelation made before 48 hrs will be reimbursed 50% of payments already made; cancelation made after 48hrs will receive no refund.
- Game Gear reserves a small logo placement on all garments produced
- $130 Charge for any changes to orders made within 48hrs
- Samples can be produced upon request at cost
